Origin, Park Royal

After being referred by NovaLoca, Earthware were commissioned to deliver a visual solution by Brixton for their Origin warehouse site in Park Royal.

After an initial client meeting, architectural plans were used to deliver a virtual landscape of their development. Brixton’s used the promotional video both through their own marketing channels and via the NovaLoca portal.

3D interactive models were embedded within Google Earth to provide potential tenants the ability to explore the development prior to build. By clicking on icons specific information could be brought up for each unit, as well as locality data such as roads, transport links and hotels.
