Hampton in Arden

Earthware’s Virtual Landscapes provided the Sandstone Group with an interactive solution to aid in their planning application for the proposed Hampton in Arden care home. Virtual fly throughs provided local residents and planning committees with the ability to visualise the potential development within its proposed location and also demonstrated how it would benefit the local community.

As with all our Virtual Landscapes implementations, locality data sets were included to give both residents and the local Council all the information they needed to authorise the 1500 much needed, high quality care bed spaces.

After the success of the Hampton in Arden project, Sandstone has subsequently commissioned Earthware to deliver modelling for their Ordell Road site in Kidderminster.
