Background

Discover Gwynedd is a government funded website designed to promote business and environmental opportunities and leisure activities in North Wales. The client had already employed a web developer to build the website but required an online mapping specialist to develop an interactive mapping solution that would allow users to find relevant information on a map.

  • A customised, cross browser compatible Bing Maps Ajax map solution which meets specified design requirements and which gives optimum performance over a range of rural internet connections
  • PHP webservice and mapping consultancy to the 3rd party website developers helping them to create suitable datastores and services to support the map
